Stats and Archery

Dexterity:  Dexterity is a big stat for archers. Your dexterity bonus is added to your ranged weapon AS.

Strength:  I would say strength is every bit as important as Dexterity. For every +10 bonus you have in strength, you get -1 second round time off your firing time for regular bows, and it also lowers your round time for cocking a crossbow.

Agility:  Reflexes are also an important stat for an archer.  It's bonus is added to your DS which archers are in dire need of.

Discipline:  Discipline is not as important as the previous three, but it will help how well you successfully aim your bow.

Intuition:  Intuition is not all that important for an archer, but it will help you dodge slightly better, and every bit of defense helps.

The Other Stats:  The rest of the stats really have no special impact on archery, but they may play an important role in your chosen profession, so don't ignore them.
